AMP LOFTS – Art’s District Los Angeles

Consisting of 100,000 square feet of land and 50,000 square feet of brick industrial buildings, Crescent Capital Partners acquired this space in 2013. Working with planning, Crescent was able to obtain entitlement for 320 units plus 26,000 square feet of retail for the site. Concurrently, Warner Music signed a lease for 200,000 square feet across the street at the old Ford Motor factory. Soho Warehouse also started construction in the same year. In 2015, Greystar acquired the fully entitled RTI project, which is now built and fully stabilized.
